On April 21, 2023, Dow will attend the Top Women Tech Engineering Summit in Brussels. Top Women Tech is a global platform from Careers International, an organization that stands for promoting diversity in STEM, leadership and recruitment.
During the event, 120 ambitious women with backgrounds in STEM and 18 top international employers, including Dow, will meet. Valuable connections will be made during a networking lunch and roundtable discussions.
During a roundtable discussion, Andrea De Las Heras Garciá, Business Development Manager, will tell attendees both about her career and workplace. She will also explain what Dow stands for, what we do and how the future is looked at. In addition to Andrea, Dow will be represented by Laura Dierickx, Senior Turnaround Manager, and Felicia Vervaet, Senior Recruiter Operations. These three ambitious women are a great example of talent in STEM, leadership and recruitment, which Top Women Tech stands for.
