Employees of the Royal Dutch Rescue Society - KNRM - rescue people and animals in distress at sea and have been doing so selflessly and independently since 1824. We support this organization with a donation.

The KRNM runs mainly on volunteers who are ready to go into action 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. During rescue operations, rescuers wear a survival suit. In addition, every new crew member receives special training. Because there are considerable costs associated with both the suit and the training, KNRM Breskens knocked on the Dow donation team's door with a request for a contribution. An important project, especially since KNRM, like Dow, feels strongly about safety. Our colleague Cees van Houwelingen visited the volunteers at the KRNM station in Breskens to hand over our donation on behalf of the Dow donation team.
